Kasapukadai reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of the delivery agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised agreement on this website. Please read these terms and conditions for delivery from Kasapukadai carefully.

1. Home Delivery Service available to our registered customers of Kasapukadai only.
2. Home Delivery Service-related updates available on Kasapukadai Website.
3. Kasapukadai collects the information of the customer, who registers for home delivery service such as Name, Mobile Number, Address, Email ID, etc. The personal data of the users will be used to process the order, support the experience throughout our home delivery service.
4. Kasapukadai delivers our products to the workplace or Home Address within our service areas such as Tenkasi, Shengottai, Pavoorchatram, and Surandai only.
5. No Minimum Order Value in case of any Paid Home Delivery Services at Kasapukadai but the customer can enjoy wave-off on delivery charges if the bill value is eligible for Free Home Delivery Service.
6. Xpress Home Delivery Service available within a 20km radius and the same day delivery service available up to certain kilometers from our outlets.
7. Kasapukadai accepts Cash on Delivery, Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, GPay, Phonepe, Paytm, etc, and doesn't transfer payments to any mobile numbers including the mobile number of the outlet. We strongly recommend you to use only offline QRCode from the respective outlets.
8. Kasapukadai reserves the right to withdraw the service without prior intimation. The delivery service of Kasapukadai may also be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery (e.g. traffic, weather) or any unforeseen circumstances.
9. Kasapukadai charges a nominal fee of Rs.30 for all scheduled orders and for express deliveries. We offer no delivery charges for pre-orders that are one day before.
