Cancellation Policy

Every time you shop with us, Kasapukadai strives to provide you with the best customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with the Kasapukadai product, please let us know and we will try our best to solve the problem.

If there is any quality problem or delivery error, Kasapukadai will replace it 100%.

You have the right to reject some orders within 15 minutes of placing your order and get a refund.

Cancel within 15 minutes, when you placed an order:

Please call us at +91 9342484600, 8939732211. Kasapukadai will cancel your order, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

Returns will be accepted by Kasapukadai under the following conditions:

Meat/Seafood/other perishable products can only be returned if:

  1. The product package has been altered or damaged during transit.
  2. The product delivered is not what you had placed an order for.
  3. If the request is initiated after 15 minutes of placing the order.

As a policy, Kasapukadai does not cancel any order after it is placed on the portal. However, if there are changes in the delivery time before the preparation time commences you requested or need to add more products, you need to call us on the customer care number (contact number). We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to users or cancel any orders placed by the users. Kasapukadai will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery. Kasapukadai shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

If Kasapukadai suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
